P.E.A.K. is a program designed to support Hilltop employees in good standing to identify and achieve their career goals. This is done by providing the tools and processes to explore career desires, and engage in meaningful conversations with your supervisor to that end. Hilltop values its employees, and believes that opportunities to learn and grow should be basic to your work experience.

Who's eligible?

All Hilltop employees in good standing are eligible to participate in the P.E.A.K. program.

How it works

1. Self evaluate
   Where are you at with your individual career?
2. Plan
   Decide which opportunities, if any, you want to pursue and create a plan to make it happen.
3. Discuss
   Meet with your supervisor, discuss your goals and ideas, make a plan for moving forward, complete the necessary forms, set a date to follow up and evaluate.
4. Pursue your goals!
