The Grand Valley Leadership Academy is a collaborative education effort between the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Hilltop and Colorado West Mental Health. The goal is to provide quality leadership classes and practical application to front line supervisors and lead workers. The program provides philosophies, skills, practical tools and application opportunities that will develop participant's leadership capabilities thereby enhancing the success of their organizations.
